Performing a Kolmogorov-Smirnov test of uniformity on a numeric column

A Kolmogorov-Smirnov test can indicate whether a numeric column appears to be distributed according to a uniform distribution.

To perform a Kolmogorov-Smirnov test of uniformity:

  1. In the Summary view, use the confidence slider to choose a desired confidence level
  2. Choose the numeric column of interest on the left
  3. Ensure that no columns are selected in the covariate table on the right
  4. Choose Uniformity from the pop-up button labeled Test for below the covariate view
  5. The result of the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test will appear in the Bottom Line
