Adding and removing variables from a model

To add an additional explanatory variable to a model:

1. In the Model view, choose the variable you wish to add to the model using the pop-up button labeled Plot residuals against
2. Press Add to Model

To remove an explanatory variable from a model:

1. In the Model view, select the explanatory variable you wish to remove in the explanatory variable table
2. Choose Model > Explanatory Variable > Remove from Model

Explanatory variables can be temporarily excluded from a model using the check boxes in the explanatory variable table.
