Copying another column’s category labels

If two or more columns represent the same set of category values (for example, 1="yes", 0="no"), you can save time by copying the value labels from one column to another.

To copy another column’s value labels:

1. In the Summary view, select the column or columns for which you wish to define value labels
2. Choose Column > Copy Category Labels and select the column whose labels you wish to copy
