Copying another column’s category order

By default, a column’s categories are sorted in ascending alphabetical or numeric order. You can reorder the categories by dragging and dropping the category values in the Summary view. If two or more columns take the same set of category values, you can save time by copying the category order from one column to another.

To copy another column’s category order:

1. In the Summary view, select the column or columns for which you wish to define the category order
2. Choose Column > Copy Category Order and select the column whose category order you wish to copy
