Exporting a proportional hazard model’s estimated hazard function and predicted survival curve

Predictions from a proportional hazards model are derived from the estimated underlying hazard function. The predicted percent survival at any time is given by Λ(t) exp(xβ), where Λ(t) is the hazard function integrated up to time t, and xβ is the fitted value of the covariates and coefficients.

To export the integrated hazard function as well as the predicted survival rate for a given set of explanatory values:

  1. In the Model view, ensure that Proportional Hazards is selected from the Model pop-up button
  2. In the Predict view, set the explanatory values for the survival curve you wish to estimate
  3. Choose Model > Export Prediction Distribution > Export Data as CSV (or Excel or JSON)
