Partitioning a non-category data filter into discrete groups

By default, Wizard attempts to partition non-category data filters into 4 groups of equal size. To define a different partition:

  1. Click the Filter Data button in the toolbar to reveal the filters pane
  2. Using a pop-up button, choose a numeric column to filter by
  3. Click the Configure button next to the pop-up button
  4. Use the controls in the popover that appears to define a partition

Numeric data can be partitioned into groups of equal size, intervals of equal width, or into custom intervals. Text data can be partitioned into groups of equal size, groups with a common prefix, or groups defined by custom cutoff values.
